    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination.
    Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping:
  • Available for select regions at an additional cost, displayed at checkout.
    Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders. 

  • Note: Shipping costs and availability may vary based on promotions, product type, or destination. All costs are displayed before order confirmation.


    Order Processing:
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order ships.

    Delivery Timelines:
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

    Customs Duties and Taxes
    International Orders:
    Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. If you refuse a shipment due to customs duties or other fees, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus these costs.

    Shipping Restrictions:
    Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations (e.g., hazardous materials). Restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery. 

    Lost or Damaged Shipments 
    Lost Shipments:
    If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date to report a lost shipment.

    Damaged Shipments:
    Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
    Note: We are not responsible for damage or loss due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

    Returns and Refunds:
    Refunds for shipping costs may be issued in cases of lost or damaged shipments, subject to investigation. 
    Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through our company.

    Address Accuracy:
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
    Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or additional fees.
